  • Catch/Pitch Combo: Max 4 innings catching if player pitches that day.
  • Removal: Once a pitcher is removed from the mound, they cannot return to pitch in that game.
  • Hit Batters: 3 hit batters in one game = automatic removal from mound.
  • Balks: Not enforced; used for instructional warnings only.
  • Stealing: Runners may go ONLY once the ball crosses the plate.
  • Stealing Home: Allowed on passed balls, wild pitches, or errant return throws to the pitcher.
  • No Delayed Steals: If the pitcher has the ball near the mound, runners must return.
  • Lead-offs: Not allowed. 1st offense (Warning); 2nd offense (Out or Defensive Choice).
  • Sliding: No intentional head-first slides (except back to base). No sliding into 1st.
  • Courtesy Runner: Optional for the catcher with 2 outs (must be the player who made the last out).
  • Dropped 3rd Strike: NOT in effect. The batter is out.
  • Infield Fly: NOT in effect. There is no Infield Fly rule.
  • Bunting: Slap/Slug bunting is legal ONLY if batter stays in bunt stance. Squaring then swinging = Automatic Out.
  • Walks: Batter-runner may only take 1st base (cannot continue to 2nd on the walk).
  • Thrown Bat: 1st Team Warning ➔ 2nd violation is an automatic Out.
  • Mound Visits: 2 allowed per inning. Removal required on the 3rd visit.
  • Pre-Game: Managers meet 5 mins prior to exchange lineups and ground rules.
  • Calls: Coaches must NOT call "Ball/Strike/Safe/Out" before the umpire.
  • Time Limit: 2 Hours (School Year) | 2.5 Hours (Summer/Weekends if pre-agreed).
  • Temperature: No outdoor activity if temp (inc. wind chill) is below 40°F.
