Import Teams from Excel

Instructions:

Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file.
Required columns: Community, Division, HeadCoach.
Optional column: TeamID (If provided, used as the database key; leave blank for new teams).
Teams with duplicate names, invalid divisions, or invalid communities will be skipped.
